THE FIRM WAS FOUNDED in August, 1971 in Las Cruces, New Mexico
by Gerald Charles Lundeen, and was incorporated in 1979 as Lundeen & Associates,
Inc. and in 25 years of operation has designed $100 million dollars worth of
remodeling and construction and over 600 completed works. These works are located
in Mexico, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. They include a $4 million
retirement in Las Cruces for Good Samaritan and a 96 unit rent-assisted multifamily
complex in Farmington, NM.
